Hello Song
Book – A Fruit and Vegetable Man Quickly revise what we found out about fruit and vegetables last lesson. Poem - "I’m a Little Seed" tune: "I’m a Little teapot" I’m a little seed deep in the ground, Warmed by the sunshine, yellow and round, Cooled by the raindrops falling down, Time to raise my head and look around.
Brainstorm what fruit and vegies need to grow and survive. ASK: What do we need to survive? What do you think plants need to grow? Do you think the poem is telling us what plants need? Can a plant live if you pull it out of the ground? If we stop watering a plant what happens?
